Weekly shipping every Friday:
We ship all orders placed during the week every Friday from our showroom in Marrakech. This scheduling ensures that your order is handled with care and efficiency, from preparation to dispatch. Your carpet is entrusted to our partner carrier, who takes care of the final delivery to the address defined for delivery.
Delivery within 2 to 3 weeks:
From Friday's dispatch and depending on the destination, it will take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your precious rug. You'll be able to follow every step of the delivery thanks to the tracking that will be provided 5 days after shipment.
Delivery costs :
Delivery costs €89 incl. VAT. Delivery is free for all orders over 900€.
