Refund policy

Returns :

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date provided by the carrier. For all return requests, please use our contact page or write directly to hello@marrakine.com. We will then send you the necessary instructions for returning your order.

Rugs or other items must be returned in their original condition, packaged by you and with the Marrakine brand label. They must be returned from the country of original delivery.

Given their unique nature and the pre-order exchange process between you and us, custom rug orders cannot be returned.

Cancellation before shipment:

We ship orders every Friday but prepare them beforehand. If you wish to cancel your order before we have dispatched it, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible after placing it at the following address: hello@marrakine.com.

Refunds :

As soon as we receive your return, and after it has been checked by our team, we will refund you within 7 to 10 working days using the original method of payment.

In the event of cancellation before shipment, we will refund your order as soon as possible.
