How do we prepare your rug?
1. Control
Each rug is carefully checked before being included in the Marrakine selection. Size, quality of patterns, finish, we check everything, it's our trademark.
2. Cleaning
Upon reception, we vacuum and clean all the carpets using specific techniques to enhance them while preserving them.
3. Brushing
Each rug is brushed a first time in the Marrakine showroom then a second time before shipping. Silky hair guaranteed.
4. Folding
We take care to fold your carpet while respecting its structure and finishes. This is important and we are making sure of it.
5. Packaging
Once folded, your Berber rug is carefully packaged and protected to ensure damage-free transport.
6. Shipping & Tracking
We entrust your rug to our carrier partner and inform you of each step by email. You follow the shipment with precise tracking.
