Your carpet will be brushed, prepared and packed in our showroom in Marrakech . We ship your items within 3 days after your order. Indeed, we check each carpet before sending it. This planning allows us to ensure careful and efficient management of your order, from its preparation in the showroom in Marrakech to its sending. Your carpet is entrusted to our partner carrier who takes care of the final delivery to the address defined for delivery.
Delivery within 3-4 weeks:
As soon as your package is deposited with our carrier, we will send you its tracking number by email, so you can follow each stage of delivery. And depending on the destination, you will need to count between 3-4 weeks to receive your precious carpet.

How to choose your Azilal rug?
Choosing the right Azilal rug is like purchasing a work of art. Start by considering the room where it will be placed: the size, color and pattern should harmonize with the space and surrounding furniture. Evaluate the brightness of the room, as a brightly colored rug can brighten up a dark space, while softer tones will perfectly complement a bright room. Install your Azilal carpet
1. Prepare the ground:
Before rolling out your Azilal rug, make sure the floor is clean and free of dirt or debris. If your floor is particularly slippery, consider using a non-slip underlay to prevent the rug from moving.
2. Determine the position:
Think about where you want the rug to be centered. Consider the surrounding furniture and make sure the rug is placed to complement the layout of the room, whether that's under a table, in the center of the room, or next to your bed.
3. Unroll:
Unroll the rug slowly and carefully. If creases have formed during transportation or storage, don't worry, they will disappear over time. To speed up this process, you can place heavy objects on the bent areas.
4. Adjust the furniture:
Once the rug is in place, readjust the furniture around it. If you place heavy furniture on the rug, this will also help to flatten any wrinkles.
Maintaining your Azilal rug
Cleaning a Berber carpet requires some specific precautions to preserve its natural fibers and delicate patterns. Here are some tips for cleaning it properly:
- Vacuum your Berber carpet regularly to remove dust and debris. Use a brushless attachment to avoid damaging the fibers.
- Use a soft bristle brush to restore volume to the fibers after cleaning, brushing in the direction of the fibers.
- To avoid wear and tear on any particular area, consider turning or moving it from time to time.
- Avoid exposure to the sun to keep the colors vibrant.
- If a stain occurs, act quickly. Gently dab the stain with a clean, absorbent cloth, without rubbing, to avoid working the stain deeper into the fibers.
- Prepare a mild cleaning solution with warm water and a little mild soap (natural Marseille soap). Always test this solution on a small, inconspicuous area of the carpet before applying it to the stain.
- For stubborn stains, dilute white vinegar. Apply this mixture to the stain, leave for a few minutes, then dab with a clean cloth.
- For more stubborn odors and stains, sprinkle baking soda on the affected area. Let it sit for several hours or overnight, then vacuum thoroughly.
- If the rug is very dirty or has stains that are difficult to remove, it is best to call a professional carpet cleaner who has the experience and products suitable for handmade Berber rugs, a deep cleaning is recommended at least once every two months.
- Avoid over-wetting your Berber carpet, as excessive moisture can damage the fibers and promote mold growth.
- After any cleaning, make sure the rug is completely dry before placing it back on the floor. Hang it outside or place it in a well-ventilated room to speed up drying which helps kill bacteria and eliminate odors.
